What regions do you operate in?
We have technicians all over the country, we can repair products at customers' premises or have them brought in by shipping companies. We are also starting to operate in Slovakia and Austria.
Can anyone become a repairman?
We accept all professional technicians or small businesses, they must be licensed to operate in their assigned areas. For example, the appropriate ordinance is required for electrical. Simply register on our database, we will then enter into a contract with you, register you on the system, or send you for training and you can start repairing.
Can I order a repair from you as an end customer?
RepairSys is for business customers only. In the Czech Republic, the website is available for end customers www.opravarna.cz. In other countries, we are preparing the application for end customers.
